Reservation Policy

Please phone us to inquire about specific dates. A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required for your reservation and guaranteed when we receive your deposit within 5 days, with balance due upon arrival. Single night stays are required to be paid in full. Guests are expected to stay the full number of days reserved. All reservations are confirmed in writing. Please pay in cash, money orders, or travelers checks, unless other prior arrangements have been made. Personal checks will be accepted for deposits only. When situations arise necessitating a cancellation, and to keep from losing your entire deposit, notice of cancellation is required two weeks prior to date. A $20.00 per night processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Guests may check in after 3:00 p.m. Room check out is 11:00 a.m. Gift certificates are available.

Sorry, we have only limited accommodations for children and do not allow pets. We are a smoke free Bed & Breakfast. Smoking is only permitted on the porches and outside areas.
